Rubber Stamped Halloween Cupcakes!

I'm so glad that TAC did not retire the Trick or Treaters Halloween set. It is one of my all time favorite Halloween rubber stamp sets! The stamp is featured in the Fall/Winter 2009 Inspiration Avenue catalogue.
My friends at Mrs. Mack's Bakery & Restaurant have this really cool printer that uses food coloring as ink and rice paper to print photos on cakes. I noticed some leftover rice paper and they gave it to me so I could take it home. I knew this set would make awesome cupcakes! I colored on the stamps with Food Safe (food coloring) markers and then lightly misted them with my ultra fine mist squirt bottle (like you would when you use the watercolor crayons) and then stamped the images directly onto the rice paper. I colored them in with the food safe markers.
OK...I know what you're thinking...."Didn't she use those rubber stamps to make the Sculpey clay pins?" Yes, I did. I recommend using a clean set that you've never used on anything else, but I cleaned my stamps well hopefully they're not toxic...lol
